Clare Bocking

Clare is a high-impact Change Catalyst with over 30 years of corporate leadership experience.  She is passionate about accelerating performance, organisational productivity and growth through people, culture and talent development. Beginning her career as a graduate with Mars, Clare went on to hold senior leadership roles within major global branded manufacturers, leading Sales, Commercial, Category, Research & Development and Learning & Development functions.

Having operated at the highest levels of business, Clare brings first-hand experience of leading complex change and transformation. She has held Executive Board responsibility as a Chief Commercial Officer and has also served as a Non-Executive Chair of a Governing Board, giving her a unique perspective on both organisational strategy and the practical realities of delivering sustainable performance.

Clare specialises in leadership development, organisational change, commercial capability and talent acceleration. A committed advocate for diversity and inclusion, she is a former Chair and Coach for Women & Diversity in Wholesale, mentors emerging leaders and regularly shares her expertise as a keynote conference speaker. She combines deep commercial experience with a passion for helping people and organisations unlock their full potential.

A lifelong learner, Clare qualified as an Executive Coach at the University of Warwick in 2014 and later achieved a Diploma in Organisational Change from Warwick Business School in 2023. Through her consultancy, Immediate Impact Ltd, she works with individuals, companies and industries as a thought leader, speaker and executive coach, helping leaders navigate change and create lasting impact.

Clare also supports Aston University Business School and is a fundraising ambassador for The Mines Advisory Group. She is passionate about developing inclusive, high-performing cultures where people can thrive and organisations can achieve meaningful, sustainable growth.
